What an amazing trip! Talk about immersive. It started right from arriving at the airport when we were met by Shree and his driver. Every detail was thought of and the team very professional and accommodating. We visited so many places, there was a great mix of everything. We visited temples galore, went hiking into the foothills of Annapurna, stayed in a home stay, a mountain retreat (very relaxing and refreshingly basic), went on jeep safari, ate incredible food, planted rice in paddy fields, caught our own fish in hand nets in a river whilst being watched by elephants, enjoyed a river trip in large dug out canoes, saw many rhinos, crocodiles, snakes, bears and lots of different birds. We stayed in a variety of places from comfortable modern hotels to much more basic accommodation that allowed us to experience local life. We were very impressed by Nepal’s excellent conservation efforts and were utterly blown away by the hospitality. Can’t wait to go back and cannot recommend this trip enough.
